Lorén De Kock

Mr. De Kock comes from the beautiful city of Cape Town, South Africa. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree - majoring in History - from the University of South Africa in 2006 and then his Post-Graduate Certificate in Education from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology in 2007. He has over 18 years of experience, including being a Head of Discipline (Vice Principal in South Africa) and has also taught ESL in South Korea. Mr. De Kock has been with Maple Leaf for five years now and was previously based in Dalian. He looks forward to serving the Xi’an Dynasty in his new role as Educational Coordinator.

Evon Smith

Mr. Smith is from the Caribbean Island of Jamaica. He has studied at South China University of Technology and North -West University where he earned a Bachelor of Economics in International Economics and Trade and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education, respectively. He has worked in China for two years as an ESL Teacher. He believes that every student has the potential to succeed. He is excited to be a part of the Maple Leaf community and is looking forward to creating an environment where students can achieve their personal goals and become the next generation of global leaders. 

Rosalyn Palomo

Ms. Rosalyn Palomo has been a teacher now for over 18 years. She graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Education. She obtained her TESOL Certification from De La Salle University. Ms. Palomo is also a licensed teacher. Before coming to China Ms. Palomo worked in many schools teaching various age groups and nationalities. Aside from teaching, Ms. Palomo also worked as a team leader at SELC-Global Center Philippines Corporation for 4 years. She previously taught at  EtonHouse International School Dongguan for two years as an EAL teacher before working for Maple Leaf International School Xi’an. Ms. Palomo looks forward to working together with you as partners in your child’s growth and development.

Nevern Glenston Presence

Nevern Glenston Presence is a Social Science teacher and has been teaching since 2013. Before teaching, he studied at the University of Western Cape, where he attained his BA degree, Honours degree and PGCE. He is a hard worker and believes that no matter how arduous a task may seem, with the right attitude, it will be conquered. According to Nevern, his greatest strengths as a teacher is his enthusiasm, patience, responsibility and his ability to explain difficult things in a simple way.

Mr. Siblagan

Mr. Siblagan came from the summer capital of the Philippines called Baguio city. He earned his Bachelor degree in Secondary Education major in Music, Arts, Physical Education and Health with the University of the Cordilleras. Mr. Siblagan have been a Physical Education Teacher and a Basketball coach in the University of the Cordilleras for three years. He has taught PE and been a Volleyball coach in Kang Chiao International School, China for two and half years. After that, He moved to teach Psychology and PGLCTPS in MLIS-Luoyang for a year. He is now teaching Physical Education and a Basketball coach at MLIS-Xian. I feel happy to work in Maple Leaf School Xi’an and looking forward to have fun and enjoyable class with my students.

Siblagan先生来自菲律宾的首都碧瑶市。他在菲律宾凯迪雷拉大学获得中学教育学士学位，主修音乐、艺术、体育和健康。Siblagan先生在凯迪雷拉大学担任了三年的体育教师和篮球教练。他曾在中国康桥国际学校教授体育并担任排球教练达两年半之久。之后，他在枫叶洛阳校区教了一年的心理学和PGLCTPS。现在他在枫叶西安校区（西咸新区空港枫叶学校）教体育课并担任篮球教练。Siblagan先生很荣幸能在枫叶西安校区工作，并期待着与他的学生们一起度过愉快的课堂。

Dhecerie Mondilla

Dhecerie Mondilla hailing from the beauteous islands of the Philippines has a track record of successful teaching and education reform, her vast experience in teaching various age groups young learners to adults through both online and offline across the world, from different walks of life has made her the teacher she is today.

Ms. Mondilla took up her Bachelor's Degree in Education majoring in English on a full academic scholarship. After graduation, she passed the Board Exam for License Professional Teachers in her country. She decided to pursue higher education and took up her Master's Degree in English Language Education. She is also a TESOL and TEFL Certified with experience in training teachers and curriculum designing and development to meet the needs of the learners.

Her philosophy as a Teacher is the 3T’s Teach their minds, Touch their hearts and Transform the lives of her students. Teaching has always been a delightful profession for her regardless of the kind of learner. Her main goal is to create an environment of warmth and care while using her experience and expertise to help students nurture their natural skills in learning and socializing so they can maximize their talents and abilities.

Dhecerie Mondilla女士以全额奖学金获得了她的教育学学士学位，主修英语。毕业后，她通过了本国的专业教师执照考试。她决定继续接受高等教育，并获得了英语教育硕士学位。她还获得了TESOL和TEFL认证，在培训教师、课程设计和开发方面有丰富的经验。

作为一名教师，她的理念是教给学生知识，触动他们的心灵，改变他们的生活。对她来说，无论什么样的学生，教学都是一个令人愉快的职业。她的主要目标是给学生创造一个温暖的环境，同时利用她的经验和专业知识，帮助学生培养他们在学习和社交方面的自然技能，使他们能够最大限度地发挥自己的才能和能力。
